Please check your delivery carefully for external damage upon receipt. If in the unlikely situation that you received damaged goods, please notify us immediately. For extensive damages, you are advised to retain the packing material for inspection by a parcel service person. For exchanges and returns, please obtain authorization from us before returning merchandise. Exchanges and returns are honored within 10 days of receipt of shipment provided it is still enclosed in its original packaging and is unopened & undamaged. Postage and packing for these returns will be at your own cost. We regret that opened merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
